Why is story important?
Within each workout are tough-to-develop movement skills taught in gymnastics, dance and martial arts. However, because your Ninjas are focusing on the story, they won't find the movements tough to develop. They'll just want to complete the story again and again. With new capacity comes confidence and a desire to move more. Secret Ninja School, therefore, is a great way of helping your child get ready for regular community sport.
